Yep its that time to get working. Even my doctor told me that my butt muscles are too weak. Darn you pregnancy! (But thank you for my wonderful baby.)
London could use a little work on his core strength too:)
His sit-ups are actually side-ups and are really funny to watch.

I'd be finding a new dr:). Tim's in Crossfit and has every intention of me joining, post baby. I'm thinking it takes over a yr to recover from child birth:)
